These images were made alongside IVS Photography, and the opportunity to work at this level; from sunrise through the full arc of the day — is the kind of assignment you do not take lightly. The Little Nell is Aspen distilled: effortless, considered, unhurried luxury. We spent time with the boys at the hotel before riding the gondola up Aspen Mountain together.
The wedding itself was minimalist and clean, which meant nothing competed with the light. And the light that evening at the overlook was something I was not prepared for, even having photographed mountain weddings before. Some things you just witness. This was one of them.
